1. Shipping Areas

Currently, we deliver orders exclusively within Dhaka City. Orders placed outside this region will be automatically canceled. Customers will be notified if their order is canceled due to being outside our service area.

2. Delivery Schedule

Order Processing:

Orders are processed the day after they are placed. Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM on the scheduled delivery day.

Order Verification:

Before confirming an order for delivery, our team will call the customer to verify the order details. If the customer fails to answer the verification call, Lal Jhal reserves the right to cancel the order.

3. Advance Payment

In certain situations, Lal Jhal may require customers to pay in advance before the product is shipped. Customers will be informed of any advance payment requirements during the order confirmation process via call.

4. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee will apply to all orders. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout before payment is processed. This shipping fee is non-refundable.
